To apply for the Multimedia DAISY Textbook Online Delivery Service (DAISY Textbook Online Delivery Service/SchoolBook), please register your name, e-mail address and password in the form below.
Once you register, you will receive an e-mail from the DAISY Textbook Online Delivery Service (SchoolBook). Click the link in the e-mail and log in to the system to complete the registation process and apply for DAISY textbooks.
If the message “This e-mail address is already in use.” appears after you have clicked the [Register] button, it means that you are already registered. Please check the e-mail we have sent you that includes your Login ID. If you cannot find the e-mail, click the [Change Password] button below and enter your registered e-mail address.
